FOB Fitness is a tactical/military fitness business with an emphasis on functional movements. We use real military equipment, traditional (TRX,) ie and other non-traditional equipment that would be found on or near a Forward Operating Base.
We teach you endurance, speed, agility, strength, balance and mobility. You'll be able to carry gear and people over or under any obstacle without tiring.
