Checkpoint One is a non-profit organization that provides, at no cost, a unique individual or group focused equine assisted programs and Equine assisted learning as well as yoga based (Eqi-Yoga) learning and growth for the military, first responders and their families. Sessions emphasize team/family/relationship building, stress reduction and mental health awareness.
The services that our armed forces and first responders provide to all Americans are too numerous to mention. The sacrifices their families make are equally as important.
The honor of being able to provide these services and activites is the least we can do for all of them.

First Responders, EMT, Trauma Doctors and Nurses, Firemen and Women, Policemen and Women and their families
