Statute of Limitations: Generally you can recover wages going back four years from the date a civil complaint is filed.
Fees & Costs: In our cases the defendant or employer pays your attorneys fees and costs (our rule is that an employee should NOT have to pay money to recover wages he or she should have been paid). E.g., if you are owed $10,000 in wages and $15,000 in penalties/interest; and $25,000 attorneys fees and costs were incurred to recover those amounts, your employer pays $50,000 to resolve the case.
In addition to attorneys fees and costs we obtain waiting-time penalties, filing fees, and statutory interest.
We enforce all aspects of California's Labor Code including issues involving: Overtime, minimum wage, expense reimbursement, vacation pay, bonuses, commissions, improper classification, "manager in name only," the salary scam, exempt status, independent contractor, final pay, missed paydays, off-the-clock and under-the-table payments.

Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
I am a combat Vet. Battle instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, order, working under pressure, handling logistics, working all hours of the day or night (this seems normal to me). I possessed high energy, control of emotions in litigation, understanding the concept of life and death (which for my clients their cases were to them a matter of life and death), limitless energy, dedication to clients, and understanding the importance of and following (Judges') orders.
