Texas South Plains Honor Flight (TSPHF) hosts and sponsors the annual Texas South Plains Honor Flight to Washington DC. The trip is at NO COST to the veteran. All expenses including charter flight, lodging, and meals are covered by contributions from local civic, religious, education, business, foundation, and private donors.
