Community Enterprise Investments Inc. (CEII) believes that all persons have a right to improve their quality of life by building wealth through educational and vocational training, financial knowledge, home ownership, entrepreneurship, and access to credit. CEII promotes the dignity, self-sufficiency, and independence of those we serve.
CEII was established to facilitate the flow of capital, credit and financial services to underserved populations. We promote economic revitalization and community development in rural and urban communities by enhancing the ability of existing businesses to expand and for entrepreneurs to start new business ventures. We target low-income neighborhoods and improvements in economically distressed areas. CEII creates stable neighborhoods and supportive housing environments that foster independence, through affordable home ownership, rental units, housing retention, financial education, home ownership counseling, vocational development and employment. It is our overall goal to build strong, viable families and communities.
