Phenix Legacy

The mission of Phenix Legacy is to serve those who have served through empowerment and mentorship. We do this by providing temporary and/or long-term resources, services, and support to military veterans, first responders, and their families, who find themselves transitioning, regardless of circumstances or cause.

Phenix Legacy provides mentorship and encouragement in conjunction with access to a range of services which include, peer or group mentoring, social and networking events, employment readiness assistance & training, linkage to VA benefits & mental health services, direct connection to academic resources, access to local, state, and federal service member benefits and other services that promote empowerment, self-reliance, and independence that support economic, academic, and personal advancement.

In 2016, Phenix Legacy was founded to address the needs of the service member community. An organized nonprofit in the State of Illinois and a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit established to help military veterans, first responders, and their families navigate the gaps experienced during difficult transitions that so often act as an obstacle to empowerment and advancement.
