KJO LLC is a Company, founded in 2008 - dedicated to providing: Underground Mass Transit - (Subway Train / Rail Tunnel Facilities), Aboveground Railroads - (Freight Car / Cargo Carriers) and (alternate) Aboveground Vehicular / Waterway Transportation Routes’ with EMERGENCY: EXTRACTION, EVACUATION PLANNING & DISASTER RESPONSE to include MAINTENANCE SUPPORT, while being a (3rd. Party Logistics Supplier) to Federal Government, Local Government & commercial firms.

KJO’s - Main Mission is to Save Lives’ in working with the Mass-Transit & Rail Cargo Industry to protect Millions of Rail Commuters and the vast number of Populated Communities’ located at and/or near the center of Freight Rail Lines & Street to Interstate Highway / Waterway Transportation Systems with the following: Security Based Consultation: Database (Algorithmic) multi-Event Response Capability; Rapid Incident Guidelines of Doctrine / Policy; Medical Triage Organization; Ballistic / HAZMAT Planning and targeted Logistical Equipment / Maintenance, needed to best protect and support U.S. Commerce & Industry.

​KJO is founded and owned by Karl Olszewski, a former PAPD NY/NJ (ESU) Emergency Services Unit, Police Officer, 9-11 Responder and Service Disabled - Afghanistan, Combat Veteran; who served in the U.S. Army as an Infantry, Chemical, Operations and Combat Medic Officer.
