Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
My military experience has prepared me to be a better business owner by teaching me discipline. The discipline to focus and complete a goal. Late nights and early mornings did not go away when I EAS'd. The Marine Corps taught me leadership and management skills. Working with and for a diverse workforce prepared me with a better understanding of cultures, morals, and ethics. The Marine Corps and my time in service taught to prepare for the worst and hope for the best. I stand ready.
