Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
I grew up as an Army Brat and served in the Air Force - all of which taught me to be independent, resilient, assertive, and not afraid to fail and try again. As a mental health provider, I realize the importance of camaraderie, feeling accepted, and having thoughts validated by others. I want to give the same feeling to those in my community that are struggling to feel healthy, accepted, validated, seen, heard, and noticed.
