Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
Our military service has prepared us by providing the leadership skills necessary to run the crew that we have in the kitchen. These leadership skills have allowed us to stay calm in stressful situations and make sure that everyone understands their job and what they need to do. The mixture of MOS's acquired by both the owners and one of the employees has allowed us to acquire a variety of inventory, leadership, and accountability skills that we have used both in and out of the kitchen.
