As a licensed Realtor® in North Carolina, my career in real estate began while serving 21 years in the military (Army), retired in 2003. I continued to pursue and engage my real estate career, as I continued to serve the military as a Civil Service (GS) Cybersecurity Specialist for the United States Army Special Operation Command (USASOC), then retired again in November 2022. After working for multiple real estate companies, I used my experience to open “Perry and Associates Realty Inc,” in 2015 to continue serving the community and public by providing Strategic Marketing and Transaction Management services across many.
