I have always been a disciplined individual, having being born and raised in Jamaica, W.I. But the military taught me the grass roots efforts of working to get a business up and running. I was in the Air Force during the 1980s and it taught me how to establish, build and maintain relationships with people from all walks of life; to have tolerance for change and for diversity, and to persevere and believe in the spirit of hope, trust and effort.
