Veterans Employment Alliance

The Veterans Employment Alliance is a nationwide workforce readiness, research, development and mentoring network that matches Veterans with hiring managers from some of the largest corporations for the purpose of finding a career and not just a job. Transitioning from the military to the civilian sector can be difficult, but the VEA is dedicated to helping Veterans develop the valuable relationships, key skills and action plans needed for success in private enterprise.

Anyone that has served in the military is eligible to apply. Those who deployed in support of OIF/OEF, those with service connected disabilities, and surviving spouses are all given preference in the program. PARTICIPATION IS FREE.

The National Headquarters for the VEA is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and active in Illinois, Minnesota, Arizona and Kansas and expanding throughout the United States. For Veterans who live outside these areas, we offer a robust
E-mentoring program.

While not a "job placement program," the VEA aims to strengthen the relationship between Americas leading corporations and those that have served our country by teaching Veterans through the eyes of the employer how to find a career and not just a job.
