During my military career I was taught to lead, take responsibilities and make decisions. As a small business owner, if you do not do those things you will be out of business quickly. I treat my workers and customers with respect. I have drive and determination to get me and my business through the ups and downs of running a small business. All the attributes that are key to running a small business I learned being an Officer in Navy.
